Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Launch timing. Orders placed during our launch are part of a limited first run and will ship in early September once our initial batch arrives. We'll email tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Processing time (after launch). Orders placed once we're fully stocked ship within 2–7 business days.

Carrier and delivery. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships, though transit times vary.

Shipping cost. We charge a flat $9 for shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover reshipping costs for orders sent to an incorrect address, though we'll help however we can.

Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refund Policy — we'll take care of it.
