Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Cole Brauer Ocean Racing gear! If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns. You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with any tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@colebraueroceanracing.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Return shipping. For returns due to a change of mind, you cover return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, we cover it — see below.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges. Because this is a limited launch run, we can't guarantee a specific size or color will be in stock for an exchange. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original for a refund and place a new order while inventory lasts.

Final sale. Stickers and the poster are final sale and can't be returned. If either arrives damaged, see below — we'll replace it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email hello@colebraueroceanracing.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.

Lost packages. If tracking shows an issue, reach out and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
